Efficient and Sustainable Solutions with UV LED Curing Technology
UV LED curing technologies are widely used in various commercial and industrial applications, such as adhesives, coatings, and printing.
When combined with compatible material formulations, UV LED systems offer high efficiency by delivering targeted energy. This allows for faster and more flexible processes while also providing environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solutions.
Especially in printing UV LED curing has become the most popular printing and drying methode while new inks i.e. low migration materials ask for higher performance LED technologies.

In cooperation with

Optimized LED Line Configuration
Through extensive testing and our in-depth expertise, we have discovered that achieving optimal irradiation and drying performance requires a strategic configuration of LED lines with varying setups. By carefully adjusting the arrangement and intensity of the LEDs, we can ensure precise curing tailored to the specific requirements of each application. This approach not only maximizes efficiency but also enhances the quality and consistency of the final results, providing a reliable solution for a wide range of industrial processes.

Highspeed curing
With the shown new developed LED dryer DR. FISCHER could demonstrate that these new low migration inks could be fully polymerized without limiting the speed. The new system reached irridiances up to 9000 mW/cm².

Superior Drying Performance
Tests were conducted using various standard printing patterns.
It quickly became evident that our solution delivers superior results with 2 rows compared to the competition’s 3 units.
The difference in drying performance is clearly noticeable—even with a simple fingernail test. With just 2 rows, we achieved complete drying of 2x 100% overprinted ink in all colors. Using 3 rows, we were able to dry 4x overprinted surfaces. When using 4 rows, the materials experienced overheating and overexposure, demonstrating the efficiency and precision of our systems.
Each test was made with several different printing patterns and 2 different LM inks.
